RSS is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works – such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video – in a standardized format.
Are they Useful?
If you publish frequent news updates, podcasts, video casts etc they RSS provides a useful and easy method of informing users of your content.
